As an IT Help Desk Specialist , you will join the IT Service Desk Office, part of NHOA Corporate's Information System & Cyber Security department.
Tasks & Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking IT support via ticketing system, email, or phone;
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity;
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions;
Find the best solution to the users' issues, providing them the most appropriate IT tools and guiding them through policies and best practices;
Collaborate with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security improvements;
Be up to date with new technologies, beeing proactive in identifying possible issues with upcoming company SW and tools.
2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role;
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office business products, such as Sharepoint and OneDrive;
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team;
Advanced knowledge of the English language, in order to communicate with colleagues all over theworld;
Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices;
Basic Knowledge of networking.
Location: Hybrid remote and Offices Milan.
