Investor Relations Officer, Nicosia, Sicily
GRS Recruitment, in partnership with a long-standing CySEC regulated company operating in the Financial Industry, is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Officer for their Nicosia-based team. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Handle the investment process, including reservations, agreement preparation, and investor onboarding.
Prepare KYC and AML files for the Compliance Officer.
Maintain and update the investors database and prepare holdings reports.
Respond promptly to queries from potential or existing investors.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Underwriting teams.
Address issues and suggest solutions to management.
Prepare investor correspondence and investment reports.
Inform investors about redemptions and extensions timely.
Provide information on the company's products and services to investors.
Meet deadlines and ensure quality service.
Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Services.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in computer applications.
Fluent in Greek and English.
