INSURANCE SALES BROKER CHANNEL
Based in Milan and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of managing the relationship with the Broker and you will develop the portfolio with the acquisition of new Risks of all Lines of Business in a profitable way.
With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Commercial targets. You will collaborate with the Underwriting Structure to get the best solutions for the Clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal with the Brokers for acquiring new business and developing the portfolio
Communicate local business strategy externally
Get the goals assigned to drive the achievement of financial targets
Monitoring the existing portfolio trying to maintain it
Work closely with Underwriting Team to achieve the goals assigned
Cross selling activity Collaborate with the Operation Structure to guarantee the best service to the Broker Attention to the new business and retention of the existing one
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Law or Economics
Proven experience (e.g. 3-5 years) in Insurance Sales Structure dedicated to Brokers or in Brokers Sales Structure
Leadership skills Knowledge of the Market regarding Corporate Clients Ability to deal with the Brokers, including the Global Ones Ideally experience in driving selling projects Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills Able to work in an international organization Availability to travels Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools; basic knowledge of data reporting
