Responsibilities include updating the CRM system regularly, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, and attending industry events and educational workshops. You should also conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.What are your responsibilities?Generate, qualify, and nurture quality inbound and outbound leads; give company presentations to potential and existing clientsScout and prospect new channel opportunities to develop the business in collaboration with relevant departments, e.g., marketingFollow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries and update the CRM system regularlyConduct research on market trends and competitors' productsWork with Italian and other international peers and departments to share and plan best practices and ideasAttend industry events, trade fairs, and educational workshopsMonitor opportunities and threats in the market to adjust BauWatch’s commercial strategy accordinglyTo succeed as an Inside Sales Executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
