About The Role
In the context of very strong and sustained growth, with aim of managing our client needs, we are looking for a motivated junior account manager to provide sales support to our customers.
The purpose of the role of the Inside Sales Representative is to support in generating new business opportunities for Partners to follow up with, by boosting awareness about EIM services with SME, Large Corporate, Private Equity Houses, business influencers such as business lawyers, fiscal advisors, and the alike.
You will :
support the business growth by facilitating inbound and outbound calling between potential clients and EIM partners and following up with existing clients.
help EIM Partners in identifying potential needs of EIM services among client clusters (by dimension, geography, sector, issue, etc.)
support planning and implementation of specific marketing / sales campaigns utilizing advanced CRM and Salesforce Automation platforms.
support and participates in structuring processes and tools to enhance and leverage the lead generation process, and to maintain it and improve it over time, adapting it to market needs and growth.
You will be assisting our partners team with developing sales plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads.
To ensure success, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented initiative and some knowledge of customer relationship management.
Qualifications, Key Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar
Previous experience in a sales environment of complex professional services / products will be advantageous.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and creativity.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Creativity in structuring and delivering innovative marketing supports, mainly web based.
Well versed in working in a hybrid environment : a mix of remote and face-to-face interactions
Open minded, creative, self-starter, self-learner
Strong communication skills (oral and written communication capabilities)
Good listening skill
Team Player
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian, English and ideally one another language
