We are looking for Inside Sales to add to our Genoa Sales TeamKey tasks and responsibilities:Schedule, research and prepare material for Outside Sales for customer meetings/ZIM CompassPrepare quotations (request rates from other ZIM departments/agencies as needed).Enter updated customers data from Outside Sales and other sources into ZRM system.Forward client complaints/correctors and follow-up the resolution of these.Solve ad-hoc customers’ problems."Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer service center or otherdepartments within ZIM."Track customer performance of the accounts portfolio.Update account plans/profiles according to Outside Sales input.Undergo the required training according to the training program.Populate KPI template for Outside Sales on a weekly basis to enable performance tracking.Ensure data accuracy of ZRM or other related systems for cargo shipped by controlled customers.Requirements:Professional and personal skillsCompleted apprenticeship in shipping or forwardingOutgoing personalityGeographical knowledgeTeamplayerAbility to work under pressureWillingness to work in an open-plan officeLanguages: English (Scale 1 – 7)*: 5MS Office: word, excel (Scale 1 – 7)*: 4Special and dangerous cargo would be apreciatedGeneral guidelinesComply with companies information system and policy and ethic codeComply with companies guidelines and processes
