Maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled in production areas.Key ResponsibilitiesExpert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes within a structured entity (SPS: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, Pfmea, Cyber Security, etc.).Contribute to and lead continuous improvement actions.What will you do?Implement process and manufacturing workstation adaptations for existing products, enhancing industrial performance in manual, automatic, and PLC processes using SPS techniques and tools.Participate in specifying and quoting new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead time, and productivity requirements.Engage in SIM2 activities within your sector and address barriers promptly.Manage capacity versus workload using tools like iQ simulation, CAMA, and ERP for internal and external lines.Optimize lead times and ensure line capacity.Support the development of new, feasible, and producible products.Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments.Qualify means and processes both in the plant and at supplier locations.Lead new production ramp-ups.Act as a key user in the plant's digital transformation, managing digital tools such as MES, WMS, IIoT, and collaborative robots.Oversee OT cybersecurity and industrialization processes, managing activities to enhance cyber resilience and protect the OT network from threats.What will help you succeed?3-4 years of experience in similar roles.Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.Excellent relationship and communication skills.What's in it for you?Permanent contract.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunities to lead and contribute to international projects with cross-region teams.Tailored development aligned with your career goals.Clear career paths for growth and experience sharing.An inclusive environment supporting your potential.Global Family Leave program.Meal benefits (ticket restaurant or canteen).Shareholding plans.Welfare programs extending to your family.Health and accident insurance.Interested candidates must submit an online application.
