The Role
We are seeking for our office in Milan, Italy an experienced Ocean Import/Export Specialist to manage and execute international shipping operations with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will:

Coordinate ocean freight shipments with suppliers, customers, carriers, and trucking partners.
Prepare and validate import/export documentation.
Handle rate negotiations, quoting, and booking to meet customer requirements and internal targets.
Monitor shipments, resolve incidents promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams and global service centers to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 3 years in ocean, air, and international logistics
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargo Wise preferred.
Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
