Based flexibly across Adelaide’s metropolitan regions, this role drives the coordination, governance and performance of the Inclusive Australia Employment Program, which supports people facing barriers to work through tailored pathways to sustainable jobs. You’ll foster collaboration across partners, ensure high-quality, culturally safe services, engage with government, employers and community leaders, and oversee program evaluation and reporting. This role is an opportunity for a strategic, inclusive leader with expertise in employment, social services or disability programs to champion equitable employment outcomes and grow a high-performing consortium.Experience RequirementsDemonstrated experience in leading large scale disability employment programsDemonstrated experience in managing multi-partner programs, preferably in employment, social services, or community development.Deep understanding of the barriers faced by the target cohort in accessing employment.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and risk management.Proven ability to lead inclusive initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, with a collaborative leadership style.Qualification And Other RequirementsTertiary qualification in Human Services, Community Development, Business, Management, or related fieldDrivers LicenceCurrent or willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s Check (WWCC) and National Police ClearanceHow To ApplyApplicants are requested to send a cover letter and resume to Sonder via our careers portal on our website.Enquiries to sondercareers@sonder.net.auAdvert Closing Date: 1 October 2025At Sonder, we strive to respond to all applicants.
