YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will play a strategic role in supporting our Contract Logistics operations across Italy.
In this position, you will be the trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees, aligning business objectives with HR practices and ensuring stability in a fast-paced, unionized environment. Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate labor relations, and partner with leadership will be key to success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As HR Business Partner, you will :
Lead industrial relations : manage relationships with unions and works councils to ensure operational continuity in our warehouses, prevent and resolve disputes, and support the business in negotiations.
Drive talent acquisition : oversee external recruitment with agencies and support internal hiring and induction in collaboration with our Talent Management team.
Foster people growth : support development plans, career paths, training initiatives, and mandatory learning programs for our employees.
Enable organizational change : contribute to change management, mitigate people-related risks, optimize labor costs, and support salary review processes with the C&B team.
Partner with operations : provide HR support to Line Managers, facilitate special projects, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support administration : collaborate with Payroll & Admin on key processes such as attendance, disability compliance, and other HR administration.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 5 years of HR experience in complex or multinational environments, with a strong preference for logistics or industrial settings.
Proven experience in union / works council management and solid knowledge of Italian labor law.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills , with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
A Master’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
A results-oriented mindset, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage complex issues with autonomy.
Negotiation skills and experience leading projects or initiatives.
Willingness to travel across sites when required.
