The HSE department is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the factory.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and proceduresParticipating in workplace safety inspections and auditsAssisting in risk assessments and incident investigationsContributing to the development of safety awareness campaigns and training materialsSupporting waste management, sustainability, and environmental reporting activitiesPerforming data analysis and reporting on HSE KPIsProviding support on ad hoc tasks across different departments with a focus on safety and environmentWhat you will learnISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsBest practices in incident prevention and root cause analysisRegulatory compliance in industrial HSE contextsContinuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental sustainabilityQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
