The Impact You'll Have:
As HRIS Specialist reporting directly to the Head of HR Information System you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes. Your work will empower our HR team with accurate accessible and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and optimizing the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the system to deliver actionable HR insights.
Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and configure HR processes.
Supporting and training super users who use the HRIS for advanced purposes beyond basic usage.
Working closely with the Head of HR Information System to follow system updates and deliver strategic value.
Using data analytics and data science tools to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
Ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance with GDPR.
Bringing knowledge of personnel cost data and support related reporting as a plus.
The Attitudes and Skills We're Looking For:
Experience in HRIS or HR data management preferably with Workday or similar platforms.
Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus.
Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language.
Proactive collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English other languages are a plus.
