TKE – move beyond.What we expectYou will be part of the Transformation department of the Europe & Africa Business Unit and will report to the Head of Transformation. As Transformation & Business Insights Manager, you will work at the intersection of HR strategy and data-driven decision-making and you will support the HR leadership team across Europe Africa by driving transformation initiatives and delivering impactful business insights. Your work will inform strategic decisions on workforce planning, structural changes, and organizational effectiveness.
