TKE – move beyond.What we expectYou will be part of the Transformation department of the Europe & Africa Business Unit and will report to the Head of Transformation. As Transformation & Business Insights Manager, you will work at the intersection of HR strategy and data-driven decision-making and you will support the HR leadership team across Europe Africa by driving transformation initiatives and delivering impactful business insights. Your work will inform strategic decisions on workforce planning, structural changes, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between numbers, strategy, and storytelling.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of HR and Head of Transformation with strategic analyses and decision-making materials, including high-quality presentations for senior leadership and group-level meetingsMonitor key HR metrics across all legal entities in Europe Africa, identify trends, and highlight implications for transformation prioritiesContribute to the development and tracking of HR transformation roadmaps, initiatives, and change programsCollaborate closely with HR Controlling, HR Analytics, and country HR leaders to ensure consistent and accurate data foundationsFacilitate preparation and follow-up for transformation workshops, regional HR meetings, other HR related meetings and key strategic discussionsProvide ad hoc analytical support and problem-solving expertise to the HR leadership teamWho we are looking forUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in HR, transformation, business analysis, or consulting — ideally within an international or matrix organizationStrong analytical mindset and ability to work confidently with HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, personnel cost, workforce structure)Skilled in preparing clear, compelling management presentations and storytelling through dataComfortable working with large datasets and cross-country comparisonsHigh level of discretion, reliability, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plusFluent in English; German is an advantageWhat we offerWe offer attractive conditions such as :A strategic role with visibility to senior HR leadershipOpportunity to influence people-related decisions across 30+ countriesA collaborative, international working environment focused on impact and innovationDevelopment opportunities in HR transformation, analytics, and stakeholder managementFlexible working conditions and an inclusive cultureContactTK Elevator Italia supports a policy in favor of diversity and inclusion.
