About the Company
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Specialist to join our team and take ownership of key HR processes. In this role, you’ll support employees and managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Focal point for employee life-cycle management, from hiring to offboarding
Managing the recruitment process, including recruiting, pre-selection and conducting interviews
Drafting employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
Implementing and enforcing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and promote an inclusive work environment
Supporting and coordinating corporate sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG goals
Managing and optimizing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Monitoring and tracking employee competencies and skills, organizing internal and external training programs, collaborating in the creation of e-learning modules
Supporting HR team in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities
Qualifications
University degree in one of the following fields: HR Management, Economics and Business Administration, Law.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate combines strong academic background with a passion for HR and people development.
At least 3 years of proven experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Familiarity with digital tools and visual communication platforms is considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR systems; Oracle HRIS is a strong plus
Experience in managing or supporting corporate sustainability programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
