Description
We are looking for a talented and committed HR Specialist to play a critical role in one of our HR Teams. The HR Specialist works with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
Scope
Responsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of employees in accordance with company policies and rules and contributing to the implementation and improvement of company HR processes.
General Duties
The HR Specialist will directly report to the HR Lead of the Team.
Guaranteeing assistance to the line regarding staff (workers and employees)
Managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, overtime, vacation days, injuries, etc.)
Resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)
Ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved
Ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations
Supporting the business to improve decision-making
Profile
Master degree in Law or Economics
Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
Fluent in EnglishDemonstrated ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
Strong communication skills
Pro‑active, enthusiastic and committed person
Positive thinking approach
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
