Proven expertise in:Organizational design, job architecture, operating model transformation, and cultural change.A track record of designing solutions that elevate both business outcomes and employee experience.Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and project management capabilities.Commercial acumen and the ability to shape and grow client relationships.A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Strategy) is preferred. Fluent / Native in Italian and English.
