We are currently 5 HRBPs reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, working together with 6 HR Specialists and 1 Learning Manager.We currently operate from 4 different markets (Sweden, Finland, Poland and Australia) with headquarters in Stockholm and are now looking for our new colleague to join us in Milan Italy and lead the HR work in Italy and Romania.HRBP Italy and RomaniaWe are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support OX2's operations across Italy and Romania. Based in Milan, you will act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, working closely together with the Country Manager for Italy and Romania. As HRBP you act as a bridge between HR and the business and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives whilst working on operative tasks covering the full employee lifecycle. The role is beyond the scope of our HRIS and Employee life cycle processes a fairly free role to create the platform and way of working with Italy and Romania based on your ability to make impact on the teams in those two countries.This role is pivotal in driving the HR initiative and supporting organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with local and regional leadership teams to provide proactive and strategic HR guidance and operational support.Drive and take ownership of several parts of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, workforce planning, talent mapping etc. Payroll is outsourced but would need local governance by this position.Support organizational development initiatives, performance management processes, and succession planning.Industrial relations and handle local labor law and maintain constructive collaboration with parties involved.Support negotiations and the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and/or local law as well as advise on employee relations, labor law, and compliance matters in Italy and Romania.Go through current processes in HR for Italy and Romania and set up new structures and ways of working locally to ensure efficiency and compliance.Be part of the group HR function and collaborate with colleagues in HR such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits to manage and implement group-wide HR initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to international environments.Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR practices is a must.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.Excellent communication skills in English is a must (Romanian language skills are highly desirable).Ability to travel occasionally between Italy and Romania as it will be needed in the role.What We OfferA key strategic role with international exposure.Opportunity to shape HR practices across two countries.A collaborative work environment in our Milan office and cross markets.A market competitive compensation and benefits package.Recruitment ProcessIf you are an HR professional with a passion for making an impact and driving people strategy, we would love to hear from you.
