Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location:Our offices in Milan, Italy.Team Size:10 resources (approx.)Reporting into:HR Director Technology, Operations & Employee RelationsContract Type:PermanentWorking Model: HybridPotential Start Date:November / December 2025Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:HR Business PartneringSupporting a wide range of HR topics across the assigned business units ( Logistics and Studio, 200+ employee roughly, Italy based )Advise, coach and provide support to line managers in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and best practice to ensure effective and consistent management of staffGiving support to employees on all HR mattersGuarantee organization and associate updates in our internal tools and systemsCoordinate the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boardingManage the year-end process which includes advising managers on meritocracy and differentiation, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planningSupport the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unitLead the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and proceduresAnalyse Human Resources key metrics, utilizing data for process improvementsEmployee RelationsSupporting in the negotiation with Local Trade Unions and Company Trade Unions.Manage disciplinary actions and litigationsDevelop the capacity of line managers to manage a range of ER problems locally, developing management styles to foster positive working relationships with employees, minimising the occurrence of line management problems and issues and fostering a positive climate for ER activityFormulate and maintain effective and legally compliant HR / ER policiesSupport in managing a case load of challenging ER cases, supporting or leading investigations as and when requiredActing as the first point of escalation for HR Advisors and Business PartnersSupport in the delivery of ER training to managers and employeesProvide key insight and reporting to enable sound decisions to be made strategic levelThe type of person we are looking for:Proven HR Business Partnering and ER experience within large, complex and unionised organizationsFamiliar with HR Administrative procedures and Reward metrics and flows (highly preferred)Preferable degree in Business Management, Economics, Labour Law or equivalentData driven and analytical approach, with excellent knowledge of MS ExcelExperience of leading, communicating, advising and consulting at Executive level and with Trade UnionsSolid knowledge of Italian Employment Legislation (CCNL Commercio is highly preferred)Confidence and ability to conduct difficult and sensitive conversations with managers, and employees, both face-to-face and over the phone, showing compassion and empathyAbility to work on own initiative and manage own time effectivelyTeam oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approachStrong attention to detail and high degree of confidentialityExcellent standard of report writing and outstanding verbal skillsFluency in English and Italian is mandatory.From the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
