The Turin headquarters is one of the largest molecular biology hubs in Europe, where a wide range of diagnostic solutions, including reagents and instruments, are developed, produced, and marketed to help hospitals and laboratories in over 100 countries around the world accurately diagnose various diseases.
For the Molecular Business Area, we are looking for a HR Business Partner BMID who will be responsible for :
Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager, both locally and internationally, executing HR plans, processes, and programmes aligned with business objectives and the overall HR strategy.
Implement local and international HR projects, being partner of business leaders.
Support and implement the key annual HR processes such as HR Budget Forecasting, Performance Management, Salary Review and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Shape HR Practices and Policies according to the Head Quarters guidelines.
Provide support to line managers and employees on HR-related matters to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, national collective agreements (CCNL), and manage disciplinary actions and litigation procedures where necessary.
Provide regular reports and insights on key HR metrics such as work-force trends, turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and diversity, supporting decision-making and ensuring data-driven HR practices.
Support administrative activities related to payslips and labor law (deductions, salaries, contracts, TFR, pension funds, procedures and policies, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s and master’s degree preferably in Economics, Psychology or Law
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as HR Generalist / HRBP
Being experienced at developing HR best practices with a business partnering approach
Experience with working outside of Italy is a plus as well as Spanish or e.g. French Labor Law expertise
Emotional intelligence & adaptability
Ability to influence others and operate in a dynamic multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of end-to-end Italian payroll processing and Italian Labour Law
HR analytics competences
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
Willingness to travel
