The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Nicosia-based team as an HR Assistant.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssure a smooth flow of all daily operations and procedures of our Group of Companies.Process and allocate all incoming emails to the appropriate department.Handle incoming freelancer CVs from social media campaigns and assign them to the appropriate Account Manager.Assist with recruiting procedures for our headquarters.Maintain constant communication with employees across all departments and ensure necessary procedures are in place to meet company needs.Provide support to new employees during their training period.Assist employees with work-related matters.Organise all company-related events, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.CANDIDATE PROFILEUniversity degree in Human Resources, Management / Administration, or a relevant field.Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.Advanced English language skills (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.High level of computer literacy, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Due to high application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
