OverviewWe are currently seeking a talented professional to join our all star Admin Team as the new HR Administration Specialist. You will support the HR Admin team in all the activities related to and concerning the administration of personnel.What you\'ll doPreparations of contracts for employees (new hires, terminations, level changes, job role changes, etc.)Organize, update and maintain internal databasesInput data into the HR Software (new hire, resignations, approvers for days off, days off for sickness, etc.)Management of activities related to occupational safety and health, with internal and external stakeholdersManagement of monthly ticket lunch counting and verification of the correct distribution to employeesMonthly check by employee of days off and relevant supporting documentationAnswer employees queries about HR-related issuesAd hoc reports and dutiesContribute to the development of HR best practices to improve the Payroll service offeredBe updated and share any regulatory updates internallyWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in the HR Admin function (at least 1-2 years)Strong interest in HR Admin related topics and knowledge of the Italian legislationFluency in both Italian and EnglishExcellent eye for detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365, especially ExcelAbility to handle data with confidentialityExcellent communication skills and empathy, with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersProactive, open minded and engaged to work in a multicultural environmentKnowledge of an HRIS tools is a big plusWhat we offerBenefits : monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning Development Programs : continuous learning experiences (TLG University and on the job daily)Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
