Perform manufacturing operations of components in accordance with quality, time, and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines.
Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct equipment inspections with guidance.
Operate complex machinery, adjusting various parameters to achieve optimal quality and productivity outcomes and generate solutions to recurring inefficiencies.
Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using established systems and protocols.
Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of oneself and others.
Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment.
Develop and maintain excellent technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Organize work schedules to complete tasks efficiently, coordinating with support services and assigning short‑term tasks to others if necessary.
Utilize the internal communications system to access specific information.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any deviations from mandatory procedures.

Qualifications

Upper Secondary School education required.
Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
Limited managerial experience is acceptable.
