We are seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to enhance NHOA Energy’s High Voltage (HV) Interconnection Facilities delivery capabilities.
Your Mission
Lead a newly formed HV Substation Task Force to achieve company strategic objective, defining all phases for High Voltage (HV) Interconnection Facilities, from specifications and design through procurement and execution.
Build internal competencies: develop standardized processes, tendering practices, time schedule , resource planning and quality benchmarks for HV delivery.
Coordinate external consultants and suppliers, establishing a strong supply chain for HV delivery.
Ensure compliance with TSO requirements, grid codes, and international standards.
Transition to Project Manager: after the achievement of HV Substation Task Force objective, assume full PM responsibility for HV and BESS projects.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in managing HV substations and grid connections, including BoP integration .
Proven track record in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Italian and international technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and contracting practices.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in organizational transformations, BESS or hybrid renewable projects, PMP®/PRINCE2 certification.
