If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities :Propose a governance framework for health workforce planning in line with EU and international benchmarks.Deliver recommendations on institutional coordination, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.Support inter-sectoral dialogue and alignment with public administration and education ministries.Contribute to strategic reform documents and policy roadmaps.Qualifications :Degree in public health, public administration, or governance.8+ years’ experience in governance reform, particularly in health or social policy sectors.Experience advising ministries or working with inter-institutional platforms.Proven ability to work with complex stakeholder landscapes.Location: Governance • Ancona, The Marches, Italia
