We build products and experiences where creativity meets technology, including:
Alteryon (AI-powered digital avatars)
Feelkits (multisensory experiences)
With the launch of Alteryon in November 2025, we are expanding our capacity and building an autonomous operational structure under the Chora Group.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Operations to structure, optimise and manage Sensory Design's production workflows, delivery processes, and operational backbone.
This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, structured, entrepreneurial, and used to working in early‑stage environments or creative/AI‑driven teams.
You will be responsible for building the operational ecosystem that will enable Sensory Design to scale independently.
This is not a traditional job, it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow a next‑generation AI brand from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimise operational workflows for all product lines (Alteryon, Feelkits, etc.)
Lead project coordination, scheduling, delivery timelines and quality control
Implement SOPs, automation tools, and resource planning systems
Coordinate internal teams (AI, design, video) and external talent
Support the founder in transforming Sensory Design into an autonomous, scalable entity
Track operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and output quality
Requirements
Strong background in operations, project management or production management (creative agencies, AI content teams, digital studios, tech)
Excellent organisational and process‑design skills
High ownership, autonomy and ability to operate in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Fluency in English (Italian/German a plus)
Interest in AI content creation (avatar, video, generative workflows)
