For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the Accounting & Reporting Manager.The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for:Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiaryCompliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)Implementing & monitoring internal controlsWe are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years post-university experience, including some experience within audit. This could be someone currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has previous audit experience and has transitioned into a similar role in a commercial company. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
