Your Responsibilities

Performing detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures
Analyse failure reports and determine the root cause of the issues
Implementing tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions
Make proposals for corrective actions
Creating and maintaining documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses
Collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements
Utilizing statistical tools and software to analyse failure data and trends
Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures
Presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations

Your Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Electric - Electromechanical Engineering or related field
Experience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA, 8D or RCA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus
Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus
