Responsibilities

Perform detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures.
Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of issues.
Implement tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions.
Make proposals for corrective actions.
Create and maintain documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements.
Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze failure data and trends.
Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures.
Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with failure analysis techniques such as FMEA, 8D or RCA.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus.
