Guest Service Agent
Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, seeks a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.
Responsibilities
Check-in and check-out process management.
Rooming of guests.
Cash operations and administrative activities.
Collaboration with departments to guarantee full customer satisfaction.
Operations performed in compliance with LQA quality standards.
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in the same role and similar contexts.
Excellent English language skills.
Additional foreign language is a plus.
Very good knowledge of LQA standards.
Strong customer orientation.
Orientation to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Excellent knowledge of the Opera management system.
Precision, flexibility (including shift adjustments and night shifts), problem solving and natural interpersonal skills.
Preference for resident or proximate domicile.
