Responsibilities

Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to choose the right tools for every challenge—from monolithic to microservices, gRPC to REST, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust.
Build stuff that matters. Enjoy significant autonomy and take full ownership from ideation to execution, building software that scales.
Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures.

Qualifications

Reasoning ability. Solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on critical details.
Drive. Demonstrate extreme ambition, initiative, effort, and tenacity, holding yourself to a high, rising bar.
Team spirit. Give generously without expectation of return, support the best idea, and be reliable, honest, and transparent.
Proficiency in English. Read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Benefits

Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. Work in small, autonomous teams with bright peers.
Exceptional growth opportunities. Progress quickly from leading products worth millions to key roles in major projects.
Competitive pay and equity. Start at £83,997 (London) or €63,965 (Europe), scaling with experience. Equity at discounted price and potential tax concessions for relocation to Italy.
Comprehensive benefits. Flexible hours, remote options, learning support, top‑market health insurance, relocation package, parental support, and yearly retreats.
