Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You’ll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.Being a key part of the operations team involves working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to make sure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.About the teamCustomer Fulfilment (CF) is the foundation of Amazon’s operations, handling a large volume of orders daily. CF teams are based in Fulfilment Centres, which are the heart of Amazon’s fast-paced Operations network. We manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. The work spans a diverse range of roles, including product handling and data analysis to support smarter decision-making across the business.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before start dateAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local languageRelevant experience in performing data analysisPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or a related fieldExperience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadershipExperience in a logistical working environmentExperience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
