Successful applicants will gain a highly competitive salary, full training, and a range of benefits.JOB PURPOSEThe primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings to customers, position Future’s value, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.What the role involves :Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.Understand customer needs and challenges, helping formulate regional and branch strategies for growth.
