Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and optimize GaN power amplifiers
Conduct research on emerging GaN technologies and materials
Perform chip-level trade-offs and system performance analysis
Develop and execute lab and field tests
Contribute to publications, patents, and technological innovation

Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related field
Proven experience in GaN PA design and analysis
Hands-on expertise with simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Cadence)
Strong knowledge of RF theory, transistor specs, and system-level performance
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
