Your Responsabilities
Organization and maintanance of the front office
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, business trips and reservations
Handling of phone calls and emails
Support for Facility Management and HR department activities
Your Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Proficent in MS Office
Familiarity in handling confidential information and security protocols
Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently, along with strong communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred
