We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for the next season to join our Front Office team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.
He/She will Report to the Front Desk Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a fast and efficient experience
Train, motivate, and support the reception team, providing feedback and fostering a positive work environment
Handle reservations, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and promptness
Ensure excellent communication between the front office and other departments
Manage financial transactions and cash handling with accuracy
Keep up-to-date knowledge of company services and local attractions
Contribute to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 2 years in a front desk supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members
Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
Customer service-oriented and keen attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills
Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus)
Proficiency in using hotel management systems (PMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Front Desk Supervisor;
Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR;
