We are expanding our team and seeking individuals interested in joining us on this journey.THE ROLEWe are looking for skilled and passionate individuals with craftsmanship, mechanical, and hands-on problem-solving skills to join as Rental Fleet Agents at our depot.This role is vital to maintaining our campervans at the highest standards, ensuring our customers can embark on unforgettable journeys.As a Fleet Technician, you will:Work with the Central Europe Regional Team to maintain campervans in top condition, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, making an immediate impact, and are motivated to be part of a mission-driven team, we invite you to bring your expertise to Indie Campers.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Reporting to the local leader, your main responsibilities include:Performing systematic inspections and diagnosing issues in mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.Carrying out maintenance and repairs, including preventive and corrective work.Performing light bodywork repairs, replacing spare parts like bulbs, windows, and side mirrors.Substituting and repairing campervan spare parts and appliances.Maintaining relationships with external partners and coordinating interventions with suppliers and regional teams.Updating vehicle information systems regularly.Moving campervans between depots, vendors, and parking facilities.Keeping depot equipment and spare parts organized and maintained.Additionally, you will participate in daily depot operations, such as:Preparing vehicles and equipment for customers.Assisting with reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.Receiving shipments, organizing storage, and managing inventory.Maintaining depot supplies and equipment.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related automotive field.At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical repairs; campervan experience is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.Availability to work weekends and holidays.Valid Driver's License.Proficiency in English and Italian, with good communication skills.
