The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, including driver communication, document tracking, and handling all vehicle-related administrative procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide drivers with accurate address and route informationTrack and manage driver documentation and deliveriesCarry out all administrative procedures related to vehicle operations (registration, inspection, insurance, etc.)Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure timely and efficient operationsCoordinate with relevant departments to support fleet performance and complianceQualificationsMust be residing in ItalyTo have a driver\'s licenseExperience in fleet or logistics operations is preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Turkish and at least one of the following languages: Italian or EnglishProficiency in MS Office applicationsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksProblem-solving and result-oriented mindset
