It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistics processAnalyze AS IS and future state of training material and systemsCreate process roadmaps and plans for future statesDefine training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed or sourced from othersStandardize generic layup training materialsBe part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibilityInvestigate and solve training issues using structured methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams)Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material qualityEducationBachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalentTrain the Trainer or other training educationExperience6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workersTraining of shop floor employeesPlanning of training for up to 100 personsDeveloped/defined functional training material for employees with short or long educationEssential SkillsAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goalsKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formatsWorking with engineering managers and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training materialEnsuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policiesFamiliarity with LMS and e-learning toolsGathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programsWillingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand and solve problemsData-driven decision making (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong organizational disciplineAbility to collaborate across cultures and time zones with stakeholdersBe an integral part of cross-functional product development projectsCustomer-oriented with understanding of the complete business value chain from a customer perspectiveCommitted to learningCompany and Hiring InformationOur commitment to a fair hiring process: At Vestas, we evaluate candidates based on professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
