About the Role
In collaboration with the R&D department, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identify and fill product gaps and support the generation of new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
In particular he / she has to:
Support positioning strategies
Support R&D department in translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain, in collaboration with sales department
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
About You
A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales roles or similar
Engineering University degree
Experience in filling sector
Solid negotiation skills and experience
Fluent English, both spoken and written
