GTS Site Operations Productivity Leader
Lead the global organization effort on execution excellence, cost and efficiency for GTS site operations. Partner with the Operations team in the Regions to gather data, define ideas and work with the entire GTS team to prioritize implementation, evaluate outcomes and identify future improvements to maximize return on investments.
Responsibilities

Analyze the GTS outage portfolio by contract and execution model.
Analyze the GTS Resident Engineers service portfolio by contract and execution model.
Partner with Operations, P&T and DT teams to scout ideas and drive their development and deployment into actionable and measurable initiatives.
Collaborate with regions to cultivate innovation ideas and add value to bottom‑up contributions to the execution excellence culture.
Develop business cases for identified initiatives, work with Regions and Finance to prioritize and drive application, ultimately improving customer experience and maximizing BH advantage.
Develop KPI panel and operating rhythm for Resident Engineers cost management.
Lead operating rhythm with Regional Operations on cost KPI dashboard to maintain high focus on cost management and project optimization.
Implement Earned Value methodology on the most critical outages to drive cost performance and boost project management culture across the SM population.
Champion innovation and challenge the status quo to generate data and operational KPIs for the entire Services business, unlocking the full productivity potential.
Partner with multiple functions to maximize results and ensure BH can fulfill contractual obligations while driving efficiency and productivity.
Periodically update senior leadership on the progress of the entire execution excellence and productivity programs deck.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
Strong data gathering and process‑oriented attitude.
Financial focus with the ability to leverage HSE and Quality as drivers to achieve operational targets.
Wide business acumen to collaborate effectively with all teams and functions involved in daily activities.
Self‑starter with a clear entrepreneurial attitude.
Strong leadership skills and teamwork, able to work in a matrixed, remote organization.
Excellent motivation and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
