Field Sales Supervisor | Milano - CPM Italy
Join our team at CPM Italy, part of Cosine Italy, where we partner with leading global brands combining data, information, experience, and creativity to drive sales strategies.
In this role you will lead a team under the brand Ploom, a flagship product of a leading tobacco company, while managing relationship with the client’s primary brands (Camel and Winston).
Responsibilities
Coordinate a team of Ploom Ambassadors and support the launch of the new heated tobacco product Ploom X.
Monitor and evaluate Ambassador performance.
Identify and create engagement opportunities on specific sales channels.
Supervise ongoing training and knowledge transfer for the team.
Share best practices with colleagues on the field.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or analogous role.
Comfortable managing a work team.
In-depth knowledge of the relevant territory.
Extensive contacts or a strong network in the event world that can be nurtured.
Strong attention to detail and KPI-driven performance improvement.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Valid B driving licence and personal vehicle available.
Organized and capable of taking initiative.
