Field Applications Engineer – Power Solutions
Location : Italy (with travel across Europe)

As a Field Applications Engineer (FAE), you’ll be the technical bridge between groundbreaking power solutions and the engineers driving innovation in some of the world’s most advanced industries.
What you’ll be doing
Partner directly with customers and channel partners to develop new business and uncover design opportunities.
Capture technical requirements, translate them into architecture, and work closely with product teams to deliver the best solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, guiding them through schematic reviews, design challenges, and system-level problem solving.
Deliver technical seminars, product trainings, and hands-on lab support to accelerate customer adoption.
Support demand creation through distribution partners by qualifying opportunities, providing application expertise, and ensuring a smooth path from first design to design win.
Travel 30–50% of the time to meet customers face-to-face, build relationships, and drive innovation forward.
What we’re looking for
A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with 5+ years in power supply design, analog design, or applications engineering.
Solid knowledge of analog circuit design and a track record in solving complex technical challenges.
Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus.
Hands-on technical skills, from lab evaluations to schematic reviews.
Confidence presenting to both technical and business stakeholders, with excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
Experience working with distribution partners and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
A proactive, self-driven personality – someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results.
Willingness to travel regularly across the region (clean driving license required).
