This role will involve leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored engineering solutions that drive sales growth.Principal ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.Address technical queries from clients.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met with precision.Conduct detailed product presentations for potential customers tailoring software demonstrations to meet client requirements.Provide feedback to the product development team and sales leadership to enhance offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured companyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirementsA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsProject Management Exposure: Familiarity with project coordination and trackingAttention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while handling complex tasksAdaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing requirementsOther skillsStrong grasp of software development principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
