Applied Materials' innovations are shaping the future of technology.More than 40,000 employees worldwide work in research and development, production, sales, and service.We are looking for a Facility Assistant - Administrative back office (M / F / d) to support our Facility and Real Estate team in Agrate Brianza (Monza).Responsibilities include:Building managementFollow up with suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contractFollow up on the ordinary maintenance programManage documents for Public AdministrationManage Amat offices in Agrate & CataniaSubmit SC & PO for existing / new suppliersRequest quotations for office goods purchasesCoordinate general servicesDefine new agreements with hotels, residences, restaurants, etc.Manage car rental contracts with Avis Italy / ALD and reservationsOversee signage and gadgets supplyCoordinate catering for internal eventsManage company cars, including long-term rental contracts and pool carsRequirements:High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales, Foreign Languages, Surveying, Architecture, or similarStrong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work under stress and in multicultural environmentsProactive with good prioritization skillsQualifications:Education: High School Diploma / GED (required)Experience: 2-4 years in relevant rolesTravel: Yes, approximately 10% of the time.Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
