Qualifications
Graduated from a business or HR program (Master) with at least one year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English.
Proactive, empathetic, sense of initiative.
Business-oriented and people-focused mindset; as an HR Business Partner, partner closely with managers to define recruitment needs, lead end-to-end hiring processes, and ensure the best match between candidates and teams.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Identify, source, interview top IT talents; Partner with business managers to understand needs and ensure the perfect match between candidates and projects; Create an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.
Talent Development: Follow up with consultants during their assignments and support them in their career growth at Extia.
Collaboration: Work closely with our business teams to align recruitment strategies and market insights.
