Open Executive Search & Selection - Milan & LondonEUR 70.000 - 90.000The Sales & Marketing division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the recruitment of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a candidate on behalf of a leading company in the food sector.Export Director – EuropeKey Responsibilities:Develop and seek out new clients in the Foodservice, Normal Trade, and Modern Trade (GDO) channels;Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing clients within the sector;Monitor market trends and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making;Handle negotiations with key clients in the Food Service, Normal Trade, and Modern Trade sectors, including commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities;Analyze client needs and requests and ensure the sale of the company’s various product categories;Ensure the achievement of revenue and profit margin targets;Prepare periodic reports on activities and results achieved;Managing a team of junior sales and back office;Collaborate with production, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure operational excellence, and with the export and customer service teams for post-sales support.Candidate Profile:At least 8 years of experience in a similar role is required;Previous experience in the food sector, specifically in cured meats and cold cuts, is mandatory;Strong knowledge of sales dynamics in the importer and specialized distributor sector, particularly in the HoReCa or GDO channels, is essential;Excellent command of the English language is required;Solid understanding of international markets and commercial operations;Willingness to travel internationally;Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment.Work model: Flexible working with business travel abroad and to HQ.
