What You’ll Do
Business Client Development
Deliver an extraordinary, best‑in‑class and personalized level of service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities in store and via outreach
Build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs & top clients
Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for your clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador and representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, and campaigns
Maintain an expert level of brand and product knowledge
Operations
Expert in Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
Attend the buys and communicate product and client feedback to buyers and managers
Who You Are
Energetic, passionate, and results‑driven team player
Experience in a premium/luxury environment
Excellent communication skills with in‑depth brand and product knowledge
