On behalf of a Consumer Goods Company, we are now looking for a:Executive & Personal AssistantThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to a senior Executive.This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.The candidate will mainly handle the following tasks:Managing the personal and business agenda of the Executive;Mastering the agenda and complex travel plans of the Executive;Event and Hospitality management for internal and external events;Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the Executive;Taking on special projects and new activities proactively and independently;Maintaining various records and documents;Serving as a point of contact with senior Executives and Assistants in global HQ and Offices, ensuring excellent information flow.Requirements:Proven experience in assistant and/or hospitality/event planning roles at the executive level within large intercultural corporations;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Team-oriented attitude to foster connections within the team;Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and style;Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information;Proficiency in PC and main software applications;Fluent in English and Italian.Aegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
