We use DBT for data transformation, SageMaker, and AWS Batch for ML training and inference.Who We're Looking ForLeadership experience – Proven track record of managing cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on growth and technical excellence.Technical expertise – Solid experience in software/data engineering, with a focus on scalable architectures, data modeling and management, and cloud‑based environments (AWS preferred).Strong communication skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across different levels.Problem‑solving approach – With a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complexity to ensure efficient and impactful solutions.Mentorship mindset. Passion for guiding engineers, sharing knowledge, and supporting career development.Passion for FinTech or startup environments.
