Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise on HR policies as a subject matter expert, supplying support to HR representatives in interpreting and implementing HR policies
Assist HR Partners and business in managing routine Employee situations, critical specific misconduct issues and Employees
Collaborate in investigation matters connected to all kinds of violations
Manage specific aspects of program and change management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team, contribute to ER projects and initiatives
Support in managing the health monitoring process of the Employees and managing Union relations low complexity topics

Job Qualifications we are waiting for you

Minimum of 4 years experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations
Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving Employees complaints
Experience in relationships with works councils and trade unions, including drafting agreements and leading negotiations with low complexity
Master’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplines Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
